The hotel has a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, though not very nice initially without a balcony, are very clean with a comfortable bed. The staff moved us the following day to a room with a balcony, which was a nice bonus. The service was varied - very helpful in the restaurant and bar area but the interactions were not consistently friendly. The location is excellent and within walking distance of many attractions, however, the ambiance in the foyer was lacking. The dining experience was varied, with friendly staff but also some issues.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and warm. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the dining experience was exceptional with a variety of food options. However, there were some issues with the service lacking concierge skills. Overall, good value for money.
